NeurosurgeryOne is pleased to welcome Andrew Romeo, MD, to Denver’s most comprehensive neurosurgical practice. The fellowship-trained stereotactic and functional neurosurgeon brings with him eight years of experience treating epilepsy, movement disorders, brain tumors and spinal disorders both surgically and noninvasively. He is now seeing patients at our clinics in Littleton and Lone Tree.
“I am excited to work alongside such a dynamic multidisciplinary team to provide the most up-to-date and high-quality care for neurosurgical patients in the region,” Dr. Romeo says.
Specializing in the treatment of epilepsy with minimally invasive surgery, Dr. Romeo provides his patients with shorter recovery times and smaller scars than they would get with open surgery. He also uses the latest surgical techniques, including deep brain stimulation, in the treatment of movement disorders, such as Parkinson’s disease, dystonia and essential tremor.
